I bought the hot pink Daisy stepping stone, after two weeks in my flower bed it has faded to pale pink! I called Mackenzie-Childs and they told me I would have to call the store I bought it from! Obviously a defect in the product!

All says made in china, logos the wrong way round/upside down. Spend £900 and all of it very poor quality - very disappointed

I purchased a Courtney Check 3 quart tea kettle during the company’s barn sale along with over a thousand dollars of other merchandise. I gave it to my daughter for Christmas. She used it less than 5 times and it cracked under the spout. It burned her hand. After 2 emails to their Customer Service, I received a response back saying because I purchased through their Barn sale and the length of time there is no warranty. I needed to inspect upon delivery for defects. The defect didn’t occur until it was used a few times. I don’t think you should have to inspect a tea kettle every time you use it. They offered a 20% discount, which would equal the same price I paid originally to get another one. So, they want me to buy another one that will last a few months at best and then potentially cause another injury. Terrible Customer Service..don’t buy anything from this Company.

Do not buy Mackenzie Child's products online. They are the worst, they are irresponsible, they do not comply with shipping times. I placed an order more than twenty days ago, the order has not arrived and when I want to track it, the system says that the order doesn't exist. Additionally, they have charged my card three times for the same product. We sent an email the week before and they said the order would arrive in three days, but I still haven't received it. They are the worst. ☹️

I purchased 3 items. I billed them to my PayPal Mastercard. The transaction was taken from my checking account…. I have sent several emails… no response. I contacted PayPal… they contacted them. They are saying all were delivered… they were not all delivered. This email run around is not effective customer service. I live 7 miles from the store… maybe I will just make an appearance there??

Back when MacKenzie-Childs was a QUALITY company with stellar customer service, I had joy in shopping and owning the beautiful wonderful merchandise. It was wonderful chatting and dealing with customer service. Then around 2013 or so, when this D&I warfare hit our nation, ALL the customer service phone reps were disgustingly RUDE, HATEFUL, and UNHELPFUL!! Whoever they PUT IN CHARGE of customer service and hired as reps is and are disgustingly hateful creatures!! Ask one question, and you would get a nonanswer or a run around. DARE to ask them to repeat the gurgle, and they would get nasty or HANG UP on the customer!! NOW, you dont talk to any of those creatures. They have stopped dealing with customers - although they are all still getting pay checks, I am sure! It is email - and you still get crappy disgusting service even with that. I NO LONGER patronize M-C and do my best on social media and word of mouth to advertise how horrible this company is and the trash that now owns all the departments of the company. Folks, it is NOT what it used to be. Do not be fooled by the pretty website and the remaining font they use.
