I had to write a review for this one. Went to them with a faulty keyboard and software lag. They replaced the faulty keys and cleaned the keyboard thoroughly. Resolved software issue. Loved the customer service. Fair pricing was cherry on top.

My MacBook started to freeze up on a daily basis. Tried some quick fixes, but it didn't work for long. Gave MacBook Journal a shot — and it turned out to be a good idea! They got it back to me a few hours later, but it's running smoothly now so that’s okay. I don’t generally comment but I know how hard it is to find a reliable service center for Macs.
