They were good in customer support a few years back. But now they have become money hungry support. They have started denying the assistance they usually did earlier. They now tend to ask for money for these services.

I have had a problem almost every year with domain name renewal through M2Host. They email me the domain will auto renew yet it does not and I lose my website for one to a couple of days before the problem is solved. After each incidence I am assured it will not happen again, yet it does. Today I sit here with no website so far for at least 5 hours and Live Chat says it will be another 6 hours (at least) before the domain is renewed.

Great customer care. Impeccable service. Highly recommend to others.

M2host is always there to support, I am not so good in website building and publishing so frequent help is required, but never felt helpless due to always support of M2host....I am grateful one and all team members of M2host and to Lorena Tremblay for solving issue of my website update today....Thanks
