I ordered a play pan that has has a slide and a swing and they sent me a plastic turtle, they are scamers. UH131040926YP

Having ordered from this company 2 months ago, I am still awaiting my item. The tracking information provided most recently says the item was delivered through my letterbox but the company keeps telling me it is with my local post office. Over two hours calling and visiting have shown this not to be the case, the tracking info then throws a courier’s name. I’ve been asking this company to refund in full my purchase, which they are refusing to do so instead I will contact my credit card company to reclaim the money. Do not trust this company, there are unscrupulous and not to be trusted.

This company fraud they provided me with a tracking number in all I call delivery service wit tracking number n it doesn’t exist

Scam!! Be aware! Ordered item well over a month ago and they keep telling me it’s coming and it still hasn’t arrived yet. Been in contact with them nearly everyday and they still cannot provide a tracking number. Customer service is appalling and they also won’t refund me my money for item not received!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM….. FRAUDSTERS!

PAY ATTENTION!! Fake site!!! Don’t order anything from them. You’ll never receive your order, and you’ll never get your money back!
