I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service we have received from LVK team. I would like to give special recognition to Silvi Arguello for her outstanding collaboration and her willingness to address our concerns. Her proactive approach has truly made a difference in our operations. If we maintain this level of collaboration, I have no doubt we will have an excellent peak season ahead. Thank you for your continued support!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with LVK for order fulfillment at two different telehealth companies—Byte and now Daybreak—and they have consistently delivered exceptional service. Their team is reliable, efficient, and incredibly responsive. They’ve played a crucial role in streamlining our operations, ensuring that orders are processed quickly and accurately. LVK’s ability to handle the unique demands of telehealth fulfillment, from high-volume shipments to maintaining regulatory compliance, has been invaluable. I highly recommend LVK for any business looking for a trusted fulfillment partner!

After 3 years with ShipHero, I can confidently call them friends. They're perfect 99% of the time, and when something does go wrong, they always step in to help and resolve issues within a few hours. Their team is made up of winners, and I’m proud to partner with them, offering my clients top-tier service with short handling times, fast tracking links, and accurate delivery estimates for the majority of orders. When mistakes do occur, they quickly investigate and issue refunds, which is truly appreciated. On top of that, the people are amazing—Emi, Carina, Carlos, and the rest of the team. I can't thank them enough.
