I’ve had a great experience with the team at Lux. Their system is well-structured, and working with Timothy has been especially smooth and professional. I truly appreciate the support and guidance I’ve received. Highly recommend!

Overall, my professional experience with Lux was a good one. Each member of their team that I dealt with was very kind, polite, and helpful. Throughout the process, they were very responsive and communicated well. My personal success manager, Valence Evans, was easy to work with and did his best to do what I was asking. After 3 weeks, I realized this framework was just not for me. It was pitched as a specifically targeted and tailored outreach for what you are looking for, but this never seemed to be the case in the outreach I saw. There were some simple asks I wanted fulfilled that the team could not agree on. The framework is fully theirs, and they prefer not to change it in any way. The outreach approach did not match how I wanted to represent myself. It seemed very repetitive, AI-generated, and rubbed quite a few people the wrong way. They managed to book 2 meetings, of which neither showed up. I understand that other clients have found success through this framework, but my opinion is that it is not for everyone. The lack of accountability for setting meetings was a big problem for me, given that the advertising guaranteed 5 quality meetings per week. If you don't care about coming across as pushy or harassing the people they are contacting on your behalf, then this framework might be for you. This framework is better suited for people looking to make a sale at any cost rather than someone trying to build a brand or reputation. I really do appreciate the team and their efforts, but overall, the framework was not a fit for me and what I was looking for or expecting.

Thank you for the honest feedback and for acknowledging the professionalism and responsiveness of our team, especially Valence. We genuinely appreciate that. That said, we do want to provide some additional context for future readers. Our outreach framework is the result of nearly 10 years of testing, optimization, and execution across hundreds of clients and industries. Because of that, we do follow a proven structure rather than reinventing the process for every campaign. While we absolutely tailor messaging and targeting to each client, the underlying framework itself is intentional and based on what has consistently generated results over time. Regarding the outreach style — prospecting by nature requires persistence and proactive follow-up. Whether through cold email, LinkedIn, phone calls, or outbound sales in general, pushing for meetings consistently is a standard part of effective lead generation. We understand that not every business owner is personally comfortable with outbound prospecting, and that’s completely fair. Our system is designed for companies actively looking to generate conversations and opportunities through outbound sales. We also respectfully disagree with the characterization that this approach is about “quick transactions” or not caring about reputation. Our company has over 100 recorded client interviews and 300+ combined positive testimonials from businesses that achieved meaningful results through this exact framework. Reputation is something we take extremely seriously, and long-term client success is the reason we’ve been able to operate and grow for nearly a decade. At the same time, we do agree on one important point: not every strategy is the right fit for every founder, brand, or communication style. Outbound prospecting works exceptionally well for many businesses, but alignment in expectations and approach matters. We appreciate you giving the process a try and wish you nothing but success moving forward. - Lux Team
I have been working with Lux since off and on since about 2021. They have always remained agile and adjust with new technology and processes that best utilize that technology. On top of that, they are very good at keeping me updated on what is happening with my plan and making adjustments and shifts in my plan that best line up with my goals and specialties. If you are looking for marketing that targets your ideal client, I highly recommend them.

Working with Valence and Lux was a great experience. Lux successfully supported our one-month pilot program, where we focused on expanding our agent population in health sales. I would highly recommend their services to agency owners and recruiting teams looking for supplemental support in growing their team and increasing revenue.

Lux Sales Consulting has been a great partner. Their service is consistently strong, and what really stands out is how quickly they adapt and tweak their services to provide the best experience and value. I have closed several high-value clients since starting my campaign with Lux. I've tried a dozen other lead services, and Lux is far and away the best and most consistent. If you’re looking for a team that’s responsive, proactive, and focused on results, they’re definitely worth working with.

My experience with Lux Sales Consulting has been positive. Having the Lux Sales team in place has freed up my time in some of the minutiae of my industry so that I can focus more time directly serving clients. I am grateful for the partnership.
