We rent a limo in nyc last april, everything was perfect! Driver, car, trip, nothing wrong with this!!

I choose Luxor Limo based on price & availability. During my famliy bereavement the 14 passenger Sprinter was very handy. The limo from the funeral home was $510 for 7 passengers. With Luxor I transported twice as many passengers for a less than $800.. I received a text stating my driver was on the premisses. The driver was very nice, professional & patient.. I traveled with my elderly disabled mother. After I mentioned the trip I scheduled included the tip, the driver's attitude and disposition changes. He debated my assessment. We received no assistance in and out of the vehicle. I expected better service.

I make a call and where to be picked up and time. Done.

Both times, cars were early, cleanest interiors I ever saw and the drivers were courteous and friendly. Trips were over too soon.
