The clothing didn’t work for me as advertised but Jane was very helpful and provided a full refund.

I order their garment and the fit wan not quite right for me, I contacted customer service and they responded almost immediately and provided a refund and as I am in the UK and not the US, to save hassle they told me to keep the goods. Excellent service and I will use again

My order came very quick without express shipping. The items are great quality. I wasn’t sure about the sizing chart but followed the guide and I’m glad I did. The bodysuits have HOLD but it was still very easy to put on. One of my items was the incorrect size and I was able to get it rectified by Jane in less the 24hrs. I’d definitely buy more from this brand.

Even though the product ultimately didn’t work for me, Luxmery customer service support was impeccable. Ikra responded to my emails immediately and an alternative product was shipped to me at no cost. When it didn’t work out I was still able to receive my refund without trouble.
