We're so glad to hear that you are very pleased with your new Gucci bag. Thank you for your business and feedback. It's been a pleasure serving you!
Hi. I must begin by saying that I was very well attended by Victor, that the scholarship arrived on the correct term. It was personal, the store LuxLair was very correct with me, it is reliable, but I was very disappointed with the bag material. Nothing with the store. I think I would buy again, but I would ask for photos of the product before making the purchase. I am disappointed with the product. I made a purchase with them from this gucci boston bag, and my friend who brought it to me from the US (I live in Brazil) handed me the bag today. I confess that I am a little disappointed and I even doubt the authenticity of the bag. the material looks plastic, it is not leather. I wanted to know if I can return the bag here in Brazil, because I was really disappointed with it. it came with a piece of cloth inside the leather (I did not understand what). Anyway, I would like more information from you about the model of this bag and how i can return :(

The customer ordered a Gucci 'crystal coated' canvas bag. She was unfamiliar with Gucci's crystal canvas, which is essentially canvas material covered by a protective plastic layer. She mistakenly believed she was purchasing an all leather bag, so we understand her disappointment. However, our description clearly stated that the bag's material was crystal coated canvas. Regardless, when the customer received the bag and expressed her disappointment to us, we gladly offered to take it back for a full refund, as long as it was returned to us in its original condition. To put to rest any doubts regarding authenticity, we also offered to cover the cost of having the bag professionally authenticated. However, the customer declined.
Excellent customer service. I thought I had wrong order. Felt so bad of how I acted towards gentleman on phone. He was very polite, offered to give me extra 10% off order. Felt so bad and was so impressed with the service I ended up buying something double the price of original order. Would def order again.
