I received excellent customer service from Travis. He helped me find the best itinerary for my overseas flight in business class at a great price, even though it involved summer travel which is usually very expensive. He was very patient with my request for various options. He even found a less expensive flight that was more direct than the one I was initially going to purchase. I felt that Travis was really working to give me the best flight possible.
