Overall I had a great experience during my solo trip with Luxe tribe. My only issue was with the trip planning process. It took them 4-5 months to complete my itinerary due to having three trip planners, miscommunication,and long breaks within communication. Totally unacceptable. Often times I didn't feel seen or heard. There shouldve been more empathy or at least a free bday upgrade suite. Something to make up for all of the hassle. But I loved my hotel staff and almost everything went smoothly on my first solo trip. I had two issues with two different drivers. One driver left me and the other didn't drop me off where he was supposed to. The trip planners did respond to my text,but Some texts left unresponsive which was very unprofessional. There should've been more empathy in those situations. Next time I would like to hire a different planner or maybe join a group trips.

The most efficient and punctual travel agency I've ever encountered. The attention to detail is impeccable and Ioanna is very knowlegable about her field. Very professional, thoughtful, caring and patient. I will be recommending this agency and Ioanna to all of my friends and family as well as using this service for reoccuring and new trips to other destinations. By far the best travel agency experience to date. - very happy customer.

Luxe Tribes did an excellent job planning our trip to Japan! It was 1st class service from the moment we stepped off the plane. Our travel agent Estelle Lefebvre was very attentive and it felt like she was on the trip with us guiding us through! It was an amazing experience. Our drivers with MK car service were impeccable guides as well Zia, Kazuya, Oriol, Mr. Kenichi, Kazuya San, Mr. Motoya, and Mr. Ryoichi San, hopefully this is everyone. We were cared for and pampered the entire time and had amazing events scheduled for us to enjoy. This vacation with Luxe Tribes made us fall completely in love with Japan and we can't wait to return. I have been recommending Luxe Tribes to all my friends and family that want a 1st Class vacation. Luxe Tribes will be my only travel service I will be using from now on! I am beyond pleased!!!

I went on the South Africa trip in January 2023. We started in Johannesburg and then hopped a flight over to Cape Town. This trip was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. At first, I was a little worried about traveling halfway across the world with women I don't know, but surprisingly, it was smooth sailing the entire time. We were all like-minded professional women who wanted to have the trip of a lifetime, and that's exactly what we did! I made some life-long friends who I hope to travel with even more. When I landed at the airport, our private transportation was there to greet me and 3 other girls on the same flight with a sign with our names on it. We arrived to the hotel with welcome drinks and a debrief form our host Bevan (he was superb!). Bevan took care of us as if we were his family. I never felt unsafe or unsure about what was going on. The hotels we stayed at were luxurious and top tier. We ate some African-inspired meals but there was plenty of American food available at all times as well. We did every single excursion and then some... Bevan threw in some extra little stops that weren't even advertised, because we told him what wanted to shop more. This particular trip had a jam-packed agenda with very little free time, but of course you always have the choice of sitting out of various activities (I did everything! I mean c'mon I can rest when I'm dead). I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with the whole experience. There might have been a few hiccups along the way (the AC in our van stopped working, chile it was HOT!!), but I wasn't expecting perfection so a couple of minor inconveniences didn't detract from my 5-star rating. I will definitely sign up for another trip!

I had a great time with Luxe Tribes in Dubai. The hotel was amazing. I enjoyed every experience and all the local travel guides were great. It was fun to be learning so much about the culture and having time to relax and hang out. Even when there were mix-ups, I saw the team working hard to correct it. I'll definitely travel with them again

I love Luxetribe!!!!! I have been on 2 absolutely amazing trips with them so far and have 2 more in the works. They are an amazing company. My experience with Luxe Tribes was amazing! I traveled with the group to Egypt and Jordan in Aug 2022 and it couldn’t have been better! I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first, but I'm so happy I went with this team. The guides, accommodations and photoshoots were top tier! My goal is to go on a trip with Luxe Tribes every year!
