I booked a trip to Greece with Luxetribes, and my coordinator was Ionna. First off Ionna is such a sweet, attentive soul. Always quickly responded to any calls or text I had before the trip and while on the trip and even checked in after to ensure we had safe travels back. The overall experience was amazing. Everything was well planned out and Ionna was able to accommodate to ensure I stayed within my budget. Even if I’m like I needed something extra to do to keep my kids busy, Ionna quickly went into research and sent activities outside of our packet. The communication was excellent, the people that cared for me and my daily while there such as the drivers, tour guides etc were amazing. Everything was great! I loved the flexibility when it comes to payment plans and the whole overall process. Thank you Luxetribes for an amazing experience.

We had a time last night… and the night before… and the day before… and the whole time we were there!! The planning process and communication with Jessie, the agent got Cartegena, was excellent. She helped me plan a surprise trip for 12 cousins. Jessie was able to answer their inquiries, while still keeping the specific destination a secret until our flight check-in. Jessie helped me plan an amazing itinerary with the most excellent restaurants. The itinerary was flexible, accommodating, and so much fun. Thank you, Jessie, for your attention to details while scheduling our trip and for meeting and tailoring the experiences for our independent and group needs. Your recommendations were perfect and your continued follow up throughout the trip was very much appreciated. The amazing experience to Cartagena began as soon as we were welcomed by our liaison team at the airport. A very special thank you to Astrid, Emme, Jon, and all the others! We were so grateful for their evident passion and willingness to share about their culture and heritage with our group. They provided the best experiences!! I couldn’t imagine doing Cartagena with anyone else. They were all so sweet and accommodating throughout our entire stay. Astrid and Emme are genuine in all they do. They remained professional all while becoming a part of our family being this initial trip. Cartagena is such a beautiful city with an interesting history, great food, and wonderful people! I am looking forward to booking again to meet with our friends, who are more like family now, and to make new memories!! This trip exceeded all expectations in all ways. The whole trip was extraordinary! Our shared experiences will last a life time in part because of the service proved by the whole Luxe Tribes team. Heard about this company through TikTok and decided to try it out for our honeymoon. It lived up to the hype, and then some! Everything was taken care of. The hotel options were all nice and convenient (and I'm picky about hotels), the itinerary was flexible and thorough and fun, the scheduling was flawless, and the communication was excellent (Elisa was a terrific liaison). Slightly pricey experience but more than worth it. Truly felt like luxury travel. We look forward to using LuxeTribes on our next big trip.

It's been a week since being back from our Luxe Tribe Bali vacation and I still think back to how great it was! Prior to going, I was worried that we wouldn't have time to experience the Bali culture or main tourist spots. I was beyond wrong. The itenerary that Luxe put together was everything we wanted and more. They even helped with adding in our personal excursions such as ATV riding. The photographers we had captured moments and memories we will treasure forever. Our driver (Dul) was more than a driver. He was a true GUIDE for everything Bali. He was professional, funny, always on time, and explained so much about the people, culture and destinations. It was obvious Dul loves his job and enjoys what he does. We will definitely book future travels with Luxe. Our agent was amazing start to finish and answered so many questions via email and even via telephone (time difference and all.)

What a mess! I was pass around between so many agents that I even lost count. Apparently they have a high rotation of staff and makes the company very unstable. I decided to lose the money I paid instead of risking the rest of my trip.

I’ve done 2 group trips and, most recently, a private 2-person trip with Luxe Tribes. In general, the itineraries include all the main attractions and having all transport arranged for you makes navigating the itineraries so much easier. My main reservations about this company is disorganization, schedule can be chaotic and lacks thoughtful arrangement, and poor communication as well as staffing issues and changes to points of contact without notice or follow through on requests made or tasks to be completed by staff. These issues were a common theme with both the group and private trips. Some specific personal requests for private trip were not arranged despite discussed request and being told that it would be(ie. Birthday greeting in room upon arrival). Seems that the company markets “luxury” travel, but the group trips do not deliver “luxury.” I would give this company an overall rating of 80-85%. I would use them again only for the convenience of paying over time.

Luxe Tribes outdid themselves planning, coordinating and being flexible with our trip. Priscilla and her team was in contact with us throughout entire year leading up to our trip and while on ground in Bali. From the moment we arrived at the airport we were greeted by our friend Ketut. We were thankful for Ketut. He was genuine with everything. The restaurants Ketut recommended were awesome. Great food, scenery views and good prices. Our schedule was on a strict timeline and Ketut and Priscilla were very helpful. Ketut was always on time and always advising us on what's best for the day. Let me say this again, Ketut was genuine in everything he did for us. And then you have Priscilla, from behind the scenes, moving pieces around, last minute add-ons, always coming through for us. We appreciate everything they have done for us very much. This was our first trip in this part of the world. We were worried and nervous but the minute we landed and Ketut picked us up all worries went away. For Bali, Luxe Tribes is the agency to go with and ask for Priscilla. And if you need someone to take you around and be your guide, lookup Ketut Suastika on FB or IG. We've had great conversations about Bali, history, culture, you name it. He'll even tell you that their raw Arak (vodka) is stronger than American moonshine. Maybe 😁 Will we go back? Of course as long as it's Luxe Tribes (Priscilla and Ketut team). Bali was great!!

This travel company was recommended by a friend. It was my first experience with a privately curated trip of this sort, and I was quite pleased. Elisa was our contact and from the outset I felt immediately comfortable. She listened to our interests and demonstrated a local knowledge that allowed us to perfectly tailor our trip. It was a relief not to have to do the work of finding, vetting, and second-guessing options for lodging, excursions, etc. Elisa's recommendations were on point! Elisa regularly communicated with us throughout the 12 days of our trip, taking care to emphasize important details as we traveled from city to city and helping us to anticipate potential missteps. Because of her attention to detail and clear communication, we were able to enjoy our Japan experience *and* feel competent in navigating the culture and new environs when we chose to go off the beaten path. I totally see the value in this type of service and not only would I use it again but I'd recommend it to others who could benefit from personalized assistance when planning international travel.
