Ioanna was very flexible and instrumental in helping us pull off a wonderful surprise for our friends 50th birthday. All of her recommendations were excellent and we had a wonderful time. She was very responsive and pleasant throughout the entire process. I appreciated her professionalism and I would recommend using her if you are planning a trip.

Luxe Tribes treats you like family. Your happiness is their #1 priority. I will definitely book again for another vacation through Luxe Tribes. It felt great to have a driver and reservations booked for every excursion - you sit, while they check you in. Princess Treatment - Luxe Tribes has an awesome team w/ amazing staff that shows kindness, compassion, and respect.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Ioanna! She planned the most perfect trip to Greece for us — everything she selected was absolutely spot on. From the hotels to the excursions, we didn’t have to think or stress about a thing. As someone currently pregnant, I especially appreciated how easily she modified the trip to make it more comfortable for me. Her attention to detail and thoughtful adjustments made all the difference. Every hotel was beautiful, the locations were ideal, and the whole experience felt seamless and stress-free. Her communication was phenomenal throughout the entire process. She was always quick to respond, clear, and incredibly helpful. We truly had the trip of a lifetime thanks to her, and I would trust her to plan every future trip we take!

I enjoyed my trip so much to Costa Rica. The trip went seamless with all our activities included and our trip coordinator, Jessie, was excellent. We didn’t have to worry once we landed it was great.

Luxe Tribes is a hit or miss. They should not advertise luxury, because they do not provide high-quality experiences on a consistent basis. I have spoken with several women who have tried their services. I also went on two trips (thinking the first was a fluke, maybe give it another chance. It was the same). Many of us were dissatisfied and even eventually advocated for partial refunds. Their responses to the plethora of issues was subpar and overall their business model is both disappointing and disturbing because they advertise primarily to Black women - we already go through enough and merit more consistency. (Issues included delays in photos, lack of clear expectations, poor communication, incorrect itineraries, lack of safety, non-luxury accommodations, and more) Do your research and pay attention to all red-flags. You may find that it is not worth it. I am confident that there are better options out there. Overall, if you want to gamble several thousands of dollars on a vacation/trip - book with them. But be warned, there is a significant chance you will not be satisfied with the experience.

Everything regarding the trip was well coordinated. There was easy communication through entire trip and all excursions and pick up’s were timely. The accommodations were extremely nice and there was a great balance of activities and leisure time. I will definitely use Luxe Tribes for future trips!
