First time user. Positive support from Max. We have some time constraints so it took a couple attempts to get to the right answer but Max addressed them and got it fully sorted.

My Husband's health issues required me to change my travel plans. I reached out to LuxeSkies in the middle of a holiday weekend and was delighted to connect immediately with a supervisor, who put me in touch with Ally Mitchell, Customer Service Supervisor. Frankly, I never expected that by Monday afternoon all of my stress and worries would be gone.This was a multi-stage process over 28 hours. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with this support team. They went above and beyond to help resolve a complicated delayed refund situation and, rather than simply express and following a standard process, they were incredibly innovative in finding a solution that worked for me. Their responsiveness, creativity, and genuine commitment to helping me as a customer were exceptional. It’s rare to encounter a support team that takes such ownership of an issue and works so hard to find a positive outcome.

I liked that different options were offered to me on a regular basis. The salesman did not stop offering me different opportunities. I didn't like that there were some nuances to getting the price we wanted that came out later, but we followed through and finally got the price and trip we wanted. It worked out, it was just a little different if you're used to doing your own on-line booking, it was more like the days of using a travel agent which weren't so bad!!

Stephen was very diligent, yet not pushy, in finding me just the right flights coming and going on my multi-city trip. Most importantly he was patient with my requests, and bonus, came in at the lowest price for the service I was requesting. Many others care more about the sale than what you want. I would highly recommend LuxeSkies
