Rapid and courteous communication with a variety of flight options in most cases. I think Luxe Aur does a good job at finding the best deal.

Nicholas Rivers is awesome and I will book everything thru him in the future. He was an immense help to us in setting us up with a nonstop flight from Seattle to Frankfurt in Business Class and he suggested an longer stay (from 2 weeks to 3 and 1/2 weeks) which has excited our friends in Germany as well as the two of us! Thank you Nicholas...

This is wonderful to read- thank you for sharing! Nicholas truly enjoys going beyond just booking flights, and it’s great to hear his suggestion turned your trip into something even more special. We’ll be here whenever you’re ready for the next one!
I had an outstanding experience working with Nicole S. while booking my business class travel. From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make sure I not only secured a seat, but got the best possible value for my money. Nicole was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable—constantly checking options, comparing routes, and keeping me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was her dedication; she didn’t settle for “good enough” and kept working until she found a deal that exceeded my expectations. Thanks to her persistence and attention to detail, I am able to fly business class at a price I honestly didn’t think was possible. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting you the best outcome, Nicole S. is the person to go to. Highly recommended!

Though somewhat newer, this company seems to have good ability to find business class fares for international travel. I gave them a try, and came up with a good result - saving $1500 per traveler over best I could find on G Flights, Travelocity etc. Nicholas Rivers was in Europe, but he had a USA phone number and worked several hours suited to my USA Pacific time zone. He followed up regularly, and soon after I said "go" the firm issued tickets.

Great customer service. I had a little issue with one of their clerks. I immediately got a call back from a supervisor the next day. He was very professional. He fixed the situation and even gave me 2 Vouchers of a total value of $500. I was very grateful.
