Never sent anything. Very bad

Order was supposedly lost twice, but never received a tracking number. Called multiple times and after 3 months, they finally agreed to a refund

Never received my order , no response from customer service.

Card charged but order never delivered. No reply from support team. Had to dispute the charge through issuer bank.

I don’t get my delivery and no money back no one answering my emails

Ordered a bottle of Kvass back in August, and it never came. Called the store a month later and they told me they'll take a look, and here I am in November still haven't got my Kvass. Definitely not going to recommended this store.
