Bought a product that failed on the second use. Customer service was outstanding. Very very quick reply and and outstanding resolution. Will definitely use them for future purchases.

Great selection, awesome Black Friday sale, surprised by little extra goodies in my shipment, and timely shipping! I would definitely shop here again and recommend it to friends!! Only thing is could say is that the website could be better at filters, aka by “brand”, and logging in to see your order status.

Thank you so much! We're glad you enjoyed our Black Friday Cyber Monday sale. It's one of our favorite promotions that we run each year. On adding additional filters to sort by brand, etc, this is a great idea. We've added this to our development queue so that we can push it to the site in a coming release. On logging into the site/customer accounts, we deliberately omit this feature because we want to collect and store as little data as possible about our customers in order to protect their privacy. Fortunately, you can check the status of your order anytime via the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. We appreciate your feedback and don't hesitate to reach out if we can be of any help with your next purchase!
Easy to shop, fast shipping, and great high end products. I love the discreet unmarked shipments maintaining buyers’ privacy. It would be nice to add customer reviews of each product as it would definitely help with the decision making process. Five stars for a great online shopping experience!
