I was having a technical issue with the companies email address, however, I was able to speak to someone via phone and all my questions/concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. There was a problem with their email and he was quick to wanting to get that resolved. He was very kind and appreciative of his clients. Thank you so much!
I’ve ordered from Luvionbio 3-4 times now and have had an exceptional experience. Orders are very timely and packaging is IMPECCABLE!! So far, every order has came cold-packed, in a really nice packing box and has included bac water (which was very unexpected). Experienced a hiccup with the payment on our first order, but they immediately made it right. Great customer service.

The packing and quality absolutely amazing. I messed up and didn’t know how to select my free vial for their Black Friday promo. I reached out and it was explained. I thought I just missed out. Received my order and a free vial was included. Great company.
