I contacted the designer of a rug I purchased that after 6 weeks or so had simply begun to all apart. The designer told me that Lush is the manufacturer and asked Lush to contact me. I never heard from Lush. Sadly, the loser here is the designer. I will never buy her products again and I hope she has better sense in selecting a manufacturer to produce her goods. The design of the rug was fantastic, we all loved it in this household, but the construction was cheap.

This place has gone down hill. I am a long time customer and the past few months customer service has completely declined. I have emailed multiple times and get a generic response. I used to say how great the service was. I will be shopping elsewhere now.

Package is missing - contacted Lush, said they would look into it and have not heard back. Tracking number provided only tracks US side to customs - not other tracking information has been provided. Where is my package!

Bedspread set very poor quality. Too thin, black color very washed out. Not a very nice bed set. Had to pay $32 dollars to return. Never order again.

I ordered my son a bed set and although it’s cute the quality is awful . I washed it before putting it on his bed and it fell apart. Certain areas of the comforter are sticking together and the filling inside moved around and now it’s lumpy in certain areas. It’s to bad because it’s really cute . I will be returning it and won’t purchase from Lush again . For $80 it wasn’t worth it .

This item is terrible!! There is a seam all around the embroidery like they tacked on 10 inches all around the outside. The material is super cheap- so hideous!!!

Hello, Kimberly. We're so sorry to hear you are unhappy with the item you received, and it sounds like it may be defective. We are happy to do a full inspection of the item before shipping if you'd like a replacement, or you may contact customer service to make a return for refund.
I will never buy from this store again. The product was not as advertised. The return policy is terrible and they do not care about their customers.

Hello. I'm sorry you feel that way. We do post our return policy on every product's webpage and try to accommodate every customer as best as we can by reaching out to them by email or calling them if a phone number is available. Please email us at [email protected].
The return process is unorthodox. They do not send a return label, instead request that you do so and communicate tracking information. The shipping label is paid for by you, the customer. Would not order from again.

Hello, Des. We're sorry to hear you're not happy about our return policy. We do not offer free returns, but we do try to make it as easy as possible for the customer. This process you mentioned is only true for orders placed through Facebook, as we cannot deduct the return shipping from refunds when a customer returns a Facebook order. In just about any other case, we do provide a prepaid return label. In your specific case, our discounted return shipping cost for the item you purchased was nearly as much as the price you paid for the product since you received a 40% discount on it, so we recommended you seek a cheaper option, USPS likely being the least expensive, in order to make the return worthwhile for you.
