Fast service/delivery and the masks are perfect. They are not too thin or too thick, and they are not overly large. I am really happy with them. I ordered solid black and solid white.

I purchased face masks on 03/02/22 and the money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive a confirmation email or tracking number. I reached out to Luosh via email twice with no response and via phone twice (I left voicemails) with no response. This is definitely unacceptable to have such poor customer service and I’m at the point where I’m most likely going to have to take it up with my bank.

This is the best mask I’ve ever used! I always noticed this brand of masks at doctor’s offices. I googled it, ordered a box and I was not disappointed! I feel safe using this brand.
