Hi Jolee Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate all feedback. We are sorry you don't feel Lumity has lived up to your expectations. Everyone sees different results at different times. Many people do energy improvements really quickly, sometimes within the first weeks and for others it takes longer, which is why we recommend that you need to give Lumity 3 months to start to see the full range of benefits. Skin particularly needs longer, although some people do feel that their levels of hydration improve quickly - as skin only renews every 4 to 6 weeks I would definitely say that for these improvements you do need to wait until months 2 or 3. The speed with which Lumity works very much depends on your starting point, whether your body is insulin resistant and also where your body chooses to put the nutrients first. If you are very insulin resistant the first month or so is spent on the nutrients breaking down the barriers so that they can get to work their magic on the mitochondria. Rest assured that the time you have been on Lumity will have been beneficial to your overall health and if you wish to try again at a later date, please do get in touch. Very best wishes Melissa Younger Head of Customer Service
