The "Lumber-Jacks" are the best! Andrew and Dylan were super patient and provided extraordinary customer service; from the very beginning with the selection and then delivery of the LVP for our new home construction project. The LVP arrived in excellent condition and looks beautiful!

My sample order was cancelled without explanation. Then, after reaching out to customer service and asking to reordering (or a refund) I still never received anything (months later). Seemed like nobody from customer service has any urgency to help…

Hi Emily, Unfortunately Somerset samples are not available to ship to the east coast due to manufacturer guidelines. We have refunded your $1 sample order. Thank you for your understanding.
