Excellent product and excellent customer service.

The customer service was excellent. I had to purchase additional flooring because I didn’t order enough to begin with. There was a discount that wasn’t applied to my previous order and when I asked if they would honor my previous order they did. I received my discount and when the order was delivered there was damages to the product. I reached out stating the product was damaged and the owner responded and said he would replace the damaged boxes of flooring at no additional cost to me.

Ordering was easy and the service terrific. Everything was great until delivery time. The outsourced delivery information service was terrible. Pkg arrived on Wednesday nite; I called to confirm its arrival. Thursday they tell me it is not in and only after pushing hard they gave me a direct ph number to the warehouse. The warehouse guy was great and helped arrange a Friday delivery

Lumberjackdirect has a very helpful and friendly staff, called to confirm the order and even accommodated our delivery date needs. Product was in good shape and arrived right on time. Love the luxury vinyl plank "Engage Inception 200" called "Smoke". Wide plank that looks like White Russian Oak, Very happy with the look - not too much variation in color, not too many knots, not too gray, not too brown. Its a nice modern clean look. Easy to clean and doesn't show specks like dark brown or very light floors to. Great product, great service.

My delivery was mishandled by the shipper, and that kinda freaked me out. But everything arrived a couple days later... in excellent condition. The guys at LumberjackDirect were terrific.
