Was having a hard time finding the brand of flooring that I needed to match past work. You guys were one of the few options on the Internet. Your web site was fairly easy to navigate and I received my order within a week. The only reasons you didn’t get 5-stars was the shipper cost was 25% of my total order, 2 slightly damaged boards and you didn’t offer matching staircase bull-nose.

I can't say enough about Lumberjackdirect! I moved into a home 2 years ago. I have 3/4 hardwood thru out the house, but it was a area that still had carpet. I searched everywhere to find the exact hardwood only to find out it had been discontinued. I called Lumberjack and they were able to locate the square footage i needed. I want to say the last boxes of this hardwood period. I had a shipping issue and they took care of it no question asked. Great business

I ordered some tile from Lumberjack direct and on it was on February 3 I received my three out of six packages of tile 10 days later through Estes shipping and I called the broker of Estes and they said that they couldn’t find them so I went back to lumberjack direct and informed Jack to Jacob Kear manager that I never received the three boxes that I needed so he found them and then he had FedEx ship them for me and it was really fast and I was hoping that everything was going to be copacetic but at this point I only received two of the three boxes that were supposed to be FedEx and I talk to the FedEx driver he said there was only two so I’m missing one box of tile and one wondered what happened to them and I can’t get through on the phone and nobody’s calling me back and I just had a really bad experience so far hopefully they can make it better but I’m just really upset about the whole thing

Lumberjack direct is a shining example of how business should be done. I've made a few purchases from Jacob and his team now and the communication and customer service has been flawless. There was a situation where I had to cancel part of an order due to an issue that was my fault, and they took care of it for me no problem. They shipped my product promptly each time I ordered and every time I spoke with them in person it was a delight. I can't say enough good things about this company. On top of all this, their prices were the best around when I compared them to the competitors. If you're worried about making a large purchase with an online business like this (as I was at first), rest assured, Lumberjack is more trustworthy then 99% of your local businesses. 10 out of 10, do recommend.

Buying from Lumberjack was great! The initial contact, ordering and delivery were all very simple and went smoothly. Communication was top notch and the price of the flooring was extremely competitive. We got our order in just a few days! We would not hesitate from ordering from Lumberjack direct in the future.
