Patricia was really helpul. Gave us advice on the available sizes for the piece of art that we bought. She also gave us advice on shipping costs because we live in another country.

The art I ordered is beautiful. Taking off 1 star as Lumas used Fedex as their courier who are beyond awful. They caused me a great deal of stress until I finally got my order (their fault not Lumas) On reporting to Lumas they responded swiftly and effectively.

Lovely print, managed to get a “darling” so small, but a lot lower price. Lost a star as it came with a frame, but i had to put it in the frame myself, which feels a little Ikea rather than art shop.

Our "Darlings" are limited, come with a certificate of authenticity, and are available in a passe-partout, with an optional interchangeable frame. We would like to point out that our works are deliberately not delivered pre-framed. This allows you to independently select and flexibly exchange the motifs, thus adding a more personal touch to your space. However, we understand that framing the artwork yourself may not meet the expected level of a traditional art purchase, and we apologize if this has caused any inconvenience. All was perfect. Except the packaging was not a 100%. U would expect a very solid package for the worth it represents No damage luckily but it could easily have been damaged during transport.

Dealing with a human at your Soho office. Image was delivered on time. The only caveat is there was no wire to hand the image!

Although a bad experience when Order was made the Customer Service support afterwards made the overall satisfaction to stay high.

We loved the pictures, we had en excellent attention from Alex, the reason we don’t give you 5 stars is because, when we bought them, we could have taken with us an Alex told us that we only have to pay 89 dlls to receive them in our home in Mexico. We asked him if there won’t be any further charges from duty and he said no. The surprise was when we received them UPS charged us $250dlls from duty!!!!!! We called the gallery in Miami, and Rebecca (the manager) offered us to refund us the $89 dlls from the delivery, as an apology. If Alex would have told us about that we had taken the art with us. It’s very important that you bring accurate information so we can be able to take correct decisions. Beautiful art, unsatisfied with the process.
