Thank you for your review. Based on your own description, it confirms that our policy has been applied exactly as intended. In fact, by your own account, this reflects a 5-star experience in how our policies are honored. You placed your first order and requested a refund, which was fully honored without any questions asked. More recently, you placed another order and requested a second refund. As clearly stated in our policy, refunds are offered to allow customers to try our products risk-free—not to support repeated purchase-and-return cycles. Expecting multiple refunds across separate orders—regardless of the time between them—is not aligned with how this policy works, nor is it a standard practice in responsible businesses. A full refund on a first purchase is intended to be sufficient for a customer to evaluate both our product quality and service. We also note a pattern of repeated review activity, including multiple revisions and the posting of more than one review, which gives the impression of an attempt to harm our reputation rather than provide an objective account of your experience. That said, we do appreciate that your latest version reflects a more complete timeline, which supports the fact that we honored our policy by issuing a full refund on your initial order. At the same time, we did not leave you without support at any stage. We responded to all of your emails and made multiple good-faith efforts to assist you. This included offering to modify the design to better meet your expectations or replace it entirely with another item of your choice. Despite our willingness to accommodate—even when such adjustments go beyond standard policy and impact our operations—all proposed solutions were declined, while the only request maintained was one that falls outside our policy. We stand by both our product quality and our policies, which are clearly communicated and consistently applied. We will leave it to readers to form their own conclusions based on the complete and factual context.
