But when I was asked to pay 0.006% withdrawal fee of what I won, which came out to $195. So far my skepticism has prevented me from sending the money. My question is, why couldn't they take it out from the amount I won. The third thing that makes this website concerning is the license # from Curacao. It is known to have rogue operators, it says online. So until I see that someone has successfully received a payment, I will not pay that $195.
