WORST GAME EVER THERE A SCAM AND STEAL PEOPLE MONEY

Did not receive items on package that I purchased. Go to their "24,/7" support multiple times and get no response at all. Always has Emma listed as support representative. Played on this platform form for months and have won nothing. Avoid.

I played Luckystake on 12/31/25. I purchased a package for$9.99. It took me 2 days to win $100. When it was time to redeem the site said not available in my region!! I live in the State of Georgia. Luckystake allowed me to pay and play but won't respond!! Fraud, Fraud! Please respond and redeem my funds!! I have proof of payment!

Update redemption complete. I put in all verification information plus selfie . I have been waiting a week to be verified for redemption. Verification stuck. Customer service keeps saying wait for email. I have emailed with no response whatsoever. Live chat hasn't been any help so far. Will update when Verification and redemption is completed. Very dissatisfied with no response from this site except the same repeated response. Update paid.

First time playing this game and I really enjoy the slots and rewards they have available

I tried to redeem and after I received a successful account verification, I tried to finish redeeming my prize and it said my account is under review. Spoke with customer support. I did what they asked. I had another question and now I cannot get ahold of anyone. The same "Emma" support person keeps coming up and when I send a sentence, I never get a reply. I think this site is a scam
