I forgot my password and I’ve had no trouble in the past receiving a reset email. For eight days straight I still don’t receive them and any attempt to message customer service comes back as failed to send.I have a bonus I’ve built up in my account yet I can’t get back in! 🙄

Beware! Only one person from each household can win!!! Gutted as we won £100 but because of this we can't claim it. Seems unfair when you can win more than once?!?!

this is a scam site. all they want is people to sign up to their betting sites. I joined this site a couple of months ago and noticed that the video draw would never work and others had commented on the fact that it was not working for them, then the rewards bonus was not being added and this has happened 10 times since I joined including todays, but when I commented on the site, it was never put up after it was checked for approval. I think it is the same names being put up as winners and the winners list only shows the last months. I am not wasting any more time on this site.

They need removing from Trust Pilot they never reply to feed back and I dont think there real people that win there making it up

Never Win anything no matter what and the Bonus I don't know
