Don’t really give us enough free plays for as much as we play

We appreciate your feedback! In addition to the bonuses available, we also offer regular promotions to keep the fun going. We’re always looking to enhance the experience and provide more value to our loyal players like you!
Alright, so real story. I did one of the promotion matches they offer, I put in $100 and got 450$ in promotional $$. So $550 total, believe it or not, wound up at around 12K by the time I played through the required 26K in spins to finish my promotion. However, I did buy some bonus features that cost more than the 10$ or 15$ per spin limit. Anyway. I got an email a few days later and they honored my withdrawal regardless of me breaking the spin limit, I wound up pulling about 4K out off 100$. There "terms and conditions" for their promotions are absolute BS and designed to screw people. So pay attention before using them. Overall, my experience was positive. They did pay me on time, I just wish there was a little more clarity. They also remove the promotional $$ from your withdrawal. So they gave me $450 and then took it back....so really they just wanted me to put $$ in that I'd likely never be able to get back out, lucky for me, I wasnt going to quit on my $100 until it was 0.

I found Lucky Red after a bad experience at another site. They are prompt to pay and have reasonable playthrough requirements as well as many deposit methods. I recommend you get your account Verified sooner than later to avoid any delays in withdrawals when you hit it BIG at LUCKY RED!

We're so glad you found us after a rough experience elsewhere! At Lucky Red, we pride ourselves on fast payouts and a smooth online experience Great advice! Verifying early means less hassle and faster payouts, so you can enjoy those winnings without the wait!
Don't give these crooks a dime. Especially if you think you are going to use their "bonus" for 450% your deposit!? Read the FINE PRINT, YOU MUST BET 50X whatever ends up being your bonus. I deposited $40 and "given" 200$ but wait..... ILL NEVER touch any ofbecause I have to play through nearly $10K. Bahhhh. Im no mathematician, but my odds of playing or winning through 10k off of 200 is slim to ZERO. RUN RUN RUN! Black list this sh$t already. Update: They emailed me a canned response. No refund. No help.

We always aim to be fully transparent with our bonus terms, which are clearly outlined prior to any bonus being redeemed and used. Our 24/7 Customer Support team is also available to assist with any questions at any stage, especially if there’s any uncertainty around how bonuses work which appears to be the case here. We’ve reached out for more details from you and would be more than happy to clarify how our promotions work, not just for your current play but also to help you better understand offers across other platforms that you'll encounter. We appreciate that bonuses aren’t for everyone and welcome all types of players here to ensure they’re having the best experience possible, one that truly matches their style
Amazing job on the site, I enjoyed playing win or lose and customer service is always there when needed. No changes needed besides adding more slot games. Thanks
