Another Ripoff from Lucky Creek cashed…
Another Ripoff from Lucky Creek cashed out $300 . Oh wait not your money because of another stupid rule . Rule number 9999 they make up as to why they won’t pay you . Yes this was free money . But I played through the bazillion dollars of what they made me play through and turned that into my money. So then I turned that into $300 .. oh wait . You get NOTHING. Because I cashed out $250 at a sister casino WTF does that have to do with anything. NOTHING other than the fact this place is total ripoff

Hi Scott We’re sorry to hear you feel this way, especially after being a player with us for so many years. We would, however, like to clarify that our car competitions are genuine promotions. We run them several times a year, and players who meet the required deposit amount receive an entry into the draw. Winners are selected from the eligible entries and the prizes are awarded accordingly. We’re also sorry to hear about your experience with your withdrawal. If you’d like us to review the specific payment you mentioned, please contact our Support team with your account details so we can look into it. Regards Lucky Creek Team

Horrible casino
Horrible casino. Horrible games and they force you to bet really high amounts with low returns. When you deposit money and get bonus money you can only use it on certain games. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

Hi Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand it can be disappointing to see a different withdrawal amount than expected. In this case, the $100 withdrawal is in line with the terms of the free spins received on August 28. Free-spin winnings are subject to a maximum cashout of $100, and this condition applies to winnings generated from the free spins. We appreciate that bonus terms can sometimes be overlooked, which is why we encourage players to review the terms attached to any promotion before accepting it. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Regards Lucky Creek Casino

This is the most crooked business I…
This is the most crooked business I have ever dealt with , I won over $ 13,000 and it clearly said I was able to withdraw but a maximum of $5,500 a week and so I redeemed $5,500 and then I had to wait 48 business hours and I did and then it said I was approved and my money would be processed shortly and after 4 days only 100 dollars was deposited in my account and they kept $5,400 of my money. Anyone who thinks of playing with them should not. Definitely the worst platform you can play , I highly recommend avoiding having anything to do with Lucky Creek Casinos or Mandarin. There are way better platforms that don't rip you off or make you wait weeks to withdraw your winnings. Just go look on FB or and other places that people have left reviews about them they have been scamming people for over 4 years.
