Signed up and went to get the free play but it wasn't there talked to support and they told me that I had already used the free play.If they are that shady with Free play I sure wouldn't be trusting them with my money.I wonder how so many of these casinos are still taking people's money I love to play more than anyone but it's getting to the point I can't enjoy them if I'm always worried about getting scammed

Has to be the worst experience I've ever played out of all the gaming sites I've played over the past 5 years... I do not trust them anymore bc they literally have stole my money from me multiple times but then they try to tell me that I already played it in the game when I know good and damn well I didn't so I warn you now that they are nothing but a bunch of scammers that will steal your money any chance they get just like they have done to me so can't say I didn't try to warn you... The customer service is bull shit and are all in it together to only take your money bc that's all they care about so please DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE OR THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY TOO

There's a bunch of thieving chumps, they've ripped me off for hundreds of dollars and I just left with $6.70 bonus money down there and told them to go to hell because I'm not making three more deposits make that a $10 bonus there's nothing but thieves liars and chumps

Cant even get partial payment out of them . They say I'm a new customer so I'm only limited to $100 withdrawal and loose the rest of my bankroll. I sent them bank statements showing I've been playing for 6 months but they don't want to hear it . Warned them I would dispute all deposits and will be writing reviews. Still didn't even want to listen to me.

So on February 26th I tried paying with Google pay and it was not working but I tried again and the transaction went through for $20 but it didn't come out of my account right away because the following day I decided to try again and this time it worked immediately so I deposited another 30.99 and then another 20 well I just realized today on March 13 because I was looking at my statement and I brought it up to their attention and asked if they could make it right but not only did they refused to make it right with either loading my game or refunding but they ignored all my messages and I have deposited over 300 since then so I thought they would make it right but nope they refused to even speak about it.
