Luck & Co Agency | Email for EcommerceReviews of luckandco.agency

Before we started working with Luck & Co in 2022, our email marketing was barely getting off the ground. We're a seasonal business (busy April through September, slow the rest of the year), and we just weren't leveraging email or SMS the way we should have been. Honestly, I wasn't sure an agency could really understand our niche e-commerce business, and I wondered whether the investment would actually pay off. It did. Over the last four years, Luck & Co has transformed our email and SMS into a major revenue channel. Our BFCM sale delivered 41% year-over-year growth, and SMS revenue nearly tripled YoY. In a single month this year, email brought in nearly $500K, 24% of overall revenue for our online audiences. Klaviyo revenue has grown every single year, driven by strong campaign performance and smart flows. Beyond the numbers, what stands out is how much the partnership has evolved. We started with email marketing, and over time Luck & Co has expanded into SMS, new product lines, and email list cleaning. They even built us an automated dashboard with daily-updated data so we always know exactly where things stand. The whole team, Kasey, Franciele, Julia, and Ivana, has been consistently responsive, strategic, and proactive. They don't just execute; they come to us with ideas and opportunities we wouldn't have thought of ourselves. I'd absolutely recommend Luck & Co to any e-commerce brand, regardless of industry. They combine deep expertise with a genuinely collaborative approach, and they feel like an extension of our internal team rather than an outside agency.

We've worked with several email agencies over the years, and none have come close to the level of expertise and care that Luck & Co. brings. Their deep knowledge of Klaviyo, combined with a thoughtful strategy and focus on personalization, has truly transformed our flows. Before working with them, our account was a mess (incorrect triggers & filters from other agencies), causing a lot of overlap & mis-timed emails, making for a negative customer experience. Now, our customers experience seamless, on-brand journeys from start to finish, and we've seen strong YoY performance growth across the flows they've revamped. Another thing that really sets them apart is how seriously they take feedback. In the beginning, the designs weren’t quite hitting the mark, but they listened closely, made adjustments quickly, and have been absolutely crushing it ever since. We also love their dedication to testing — constantly running AB tests to make sure every detail is dialed in. The team is collaborative, proactive, and genuinely invested in our success. We couldn't recommend them more! Zak Larsen, Sparkle In Pink.

We’ve been working with Luck & Co. since 2022, and I can confidently say they’ve become one of our most trusted and valued partners. Over the last 18 months of working with them directly, their team has consistently delivered top-tier results and has truly felt like an extension of our internal marketing team. Their communication is unmatched... whether we’re coordinating across time zones or working through tight deadlines, Nikola and the project managers are always prompt, responsive, and incredibly clear in their communication. We never wait long for a reply, and their level of organization makes collaboration feel seamless. Creatively, they’re not afraid to push boundaries. From testing new concepts to bringing fresh visual and copy ideas to our email strategy, they help us stay ahead of the curve while staying true to our brand. They’re also data-driven and smart about what works, when a campaign performs well, they aren’t afraid to double down. Our Klaviyo-attributed revenue has been at over 50% for the past 18 months, which is a testament to their performance and consistency. One of the most impressive results we’ve seen came during last year’s Black Friday campaign, where Luck & Co. helped drive a 62% year-over-year flow revenue increase. They’ve consistently proven that they can deliver both on creativity and performance. I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for an email agency that feels like a true partner—responsive, strategic, creative, and performance-minded—Luck & Co. is it. —Brendan Fay Director of Brand Strategy & Digital, Incrediwear

Working with Luck & CO for the past few years...and especially Robert and Fran, has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. From day one, they made everything so easy. They really took the time to understand our goals, our voice, and our customers, which makes all the difference. Their clever email campaigns have helped us grow our mailing list faster than we ever expected and have directly increased our revenue. Every project feels thoughtful and strategic, not cookie-cutter. They always bring new ideas, listen to our feedback, and keep us ahead of the game. What we appreciate most is how genuine and responsive they are...they feel like an extension of our own team and always go above and beyond to make sure we’re happy. It’s rare to find a partner who cares as much about your success as you do. We truly love working with them and can’t recommend them enough. If you’re looking for a team that delivers real results and is a joy to work with, Luck & CO is it. Thank you, Robert & Fran! You make our lives easier and our business stronger!

Working with the Luck & Co team was one of the best agency experiences we’ve had. We’ve worked with a number of external partners over the years, but Kasey and her team truly stood out — they were incredibly self-sufficient, organized, and always brought fresh ideas to the table. Their designs were consistently strong, their analytics were on point, and we never had to worry about anything slipping through the cracks. After over a year of working together, our email marketing is in a much stronger place — it feels aligned, strategic, and truly reflective of our brand. They helped us build consistency, grow our list, and strengthen our connection with our customers in a way that feels really authentic. We’d 100% recommend Luck & Co to any ecommerce brand looking for a collaborative partner who just gets it. They’re smart, creative, dependable, and honestly just a joy to work with.

There should be an option for ZERO STARS. Luck & Co was presented as an vendor during a Joy Organics webinar a few years ago. I paid $750 for them to work on cart funnels and while the business was still getting up and running, we had to pause. We never heard back from them. It's been a few years of trying to get in touch with her to no avail. The business is finished, but still tried to get in touch for them to make good on what was paid to them with our other business even. NO RESPONSE. That's stealing from a small business with absolutely no regard for delivering the product. STAY AWAY FROM LUCK & CO.

We feel so lucky to have found Kasey and the whole team at Luck & Co. If you are reading this - you are lucky too! When we reached out to Luck & Co. we had virtually no automations set up - except for a couple of basic ones on Shopify. Since these seemed to be working reasonably well for us, we had no idea what we were missing. Kasey and her team got to know our business and products thoroughly and quickly, and created ten distinct flows for us in a matter of weeks. In no time, our attributed revenue rose by 250%. And the beauty of automations is that they are the gift that keeps on giving! We couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend working with Kasey and co.

Before partnering with Luck & Co, we focused solely on front-end acquisition with 1 abandoned cart flow active and a handful of campaigns sent since the start of the brand. Monthly email revenue grew approximately by 170% in the short 3 months working with the Luck & Co team! Originally, I reached out to Kasey only wanting a one-time setup of 4 automation flows. I was so pleased with everything that by the time they were done with the initial project, I made the no-brainer decision to partner with them for the remainder of the year! Very pleased overall to say the least. The L&C team is super professional and very reliable. I have always been cost-conscious as a founder. Especially since this was my first time working with a third party but after my pleasant experience, I can’t wait to do it again. Highly recommend Kasey and the entire L&C team for all your email needs. A+++
