LucenjuriReviews of lucenjuri.com

Affordable prices with great service from the team. My wife loved it, and that's enough for a 6 star rating

They were very helpful and flexible with shipping and dates. And the Rings turned out so good. Great experience.

I was a little skeptical about ordering and engagement ring online. I did a lot of research and finally came across Lucenjuri. And of course, not to do more research on that through Facebook, Instagram, and Google. With it being a relatively new company there weren’t a lot of information on it, but the very little that I found made me wanna take the chance of buying an engagement ring through them, especially because of their prices. It was super affordable for really high-quality jewelry that I am pleased to have received now that I see it in person. It’s 10 times better than what’s advertised online. Shipping and delivery was spot on. And with everywhere that I compared the delivery time was a lot faster than everywhere else. I would 100% recommend Lucenjuri to anyone and I would definitely use them again in the future.

My daughter and I chose a two stone necklace and kind of ordered it too late to actually expect it for her birthday. But the customer service team went above and beyond our expectations and the necklace was received 30 minutes before her 25th birthday party started! Will definitely buy again from this company

Customer service went above and beyond to correct my ring size and received it in the mail much sooner than expected. Nicole with customer service made sure to contact me everyday to keep me updated on progress. I couldn’t say enough good things about this company!

The engagement ring looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with it! Christine, our jewelry consultant, was helpful throughout the entire process and was always quick to respond to any questions or emails. The website also made it easy to explore options and find the perfect ring. Overall, a great experience.

Emma helped me through the process updating me via email. At first they emailed me that the diamond I originally chose was not up to their standards, so they upgraded it for me free of charge. I even updated delivery address to my work, since I had to sign for it and would not be home. In total I believe it was 2 and a half weeks, from the original order date to receive the ring. When it first arrived it was very beautiful in person. At first glance it seemed all was good. I inspected for my original engraving requested and there was nothing on the ring, I then checked on my order and where it says engraving, it’s blank. I originally wanted to put “My Lomver” it’s a pet name for myself and my significant other. I let Emma know and she informed me they would work with me to cover the cost on the engraving if I get it done locally. I ended up changing it to “Vibe with me” it’s kind of our song. And sent a picture of my recipe to them via email. The next day Emma replied with a credit back to me for the amount it cost. So with all this said I highly, highly recommend Lucenjuri. Thank you!
