Not only did they sell an excellent product but the reason why I am giving this 5 stars is because Luca Designs has one of the most responsive customer services I have seen. Any questions I had was immediately answered and I was constantly updated on the status of my order. The coat looks exactly who they announced it and it fits really good as well.

Ordered a jacket a few years ago. Didn’t know there was a review site. Even though the jacket was stolen I was unequivocally happy with it. Amazing quality. It felt great when wearing it and I felt amazing in it. The service was phenomenal. I had ordered the wrong size at the start and they gladly sent the updated size after I sent the first jacket back. I will buy another jacket with zero hesitation once I get the chance. Over all a 1,000,000,000/10 satisfaction from me.

Great service. Got Poe Dameron Jacket from Megacon and original size did not fit. Was able to exchange for one size larger for better fit. Company worked with me to make sure proper jacket got to me. They kept me posted with the order. Jacket is made with great care. Would buy from them again.

I just got my jacket in the mail and it is everything I wanted! The owner is super responsive and even when I called their customer service number at like 2am he answered and was super patient and answered all my questions...I thought it was an 1-800 call center number but it was actually him. There's nothing more awesome then reaching out and expecting to deal with a call center of disinterested people only to be surprised by the owner of the company speaking to me and handling my concerns personally. Amazing experience. Hands down.

Luca Designs has been wonderful, they created a very high quality jacket at a seriously low price point to what I am used too! Give them a go if you have not already! A++++ experience

I purchased my grey Autobot jacket from Emerald City Comic Con 2023. The staff were very informative and engaging which made my experience exciting. The product took longer to get to me than I expected but the quality of the jacket was top notch. Highly recommend.

Ordered a jacket from them and had to cancel the order. According to their policy, cancellation can be done within 24 hours of order placement. I cancelled the order less than 24 hours and they refused to refund. Order confirmation email received at 9:11PM EST on April 21st 2023, cancellation email sent at 11:38AM on April 22nd 2023. Sent them email timestamps as proof and they still refused to refund and I had no choice but to get the bank involved to stop the transaction. To anyone out there, please be aware.
