Very informative.

The material is not very engaging. Could include more practical examples of how to use the information in real life. The content feels very much like excerpts from a text book that makes it hard to get through and retain. Most frustrated with the fact that I spent 2 hours on the final and my answers were not recorded the first time. It took multiple tries to get support. Tried the chat, contact list and direct email. No apology was offered, just the fact that they had no record of my exam being completed.

Learned a lot from the course and each phase was built in a way that would prep you for the next phase in learning. The materials were great and so were the mini tests. The team were also quick to respond to any questions so that was incredibly helpful. I never once ran into any glitches and it always picked up where I left off.

The Black Belt Certification course was comprehensive, user-friendly, and fair. I feel that I gained a thorough understanding of the DMAIC methodology. I highly recommend LSC for anyone who is looking for training in six sigma!
