Thank you for your review! As with all items on our site, we only send brand new and QA-inspected items. Enjoy your new purse, we hope to see you again soon.
I really wish I hadn’t purchased from here! I ordered a Celine bag which took ages to be delivered. When it did arrive, it came in a questionable looking box (not branded) and there was a pen mark on the leather and the gold hardware looked dusty and dull like it had been used. I have been waiting 2 days now for a return label to be issued - this is further delaying my refund which as you can imagine for a Celine bag is not a small amount! The price was less than Celine website and 24S which did seem too good to be true and I wish I’d stuck to my gut instinct and not ordered from this site! Stick to reputable retailers for your luxury purchases. Edited to reply: As per my emails to your customer service team (which I have not had a reply to) - the quality assurance pictures sent by you only show the front of the bag and are blurry. The mark is on the side of the bag and I have sent you images of this and the dusty hardware. Unfortunately I can’t post these here but will be uploading on Google. You should not need to “resolve the return in my favour” as I have clearly received a faulty item. Very poor customer experience and I’ll be reaching out to my credit card company to get this resolved.

I have wanted a refund from 2 months ago and they kept offering me vouchers and now they want to take £5 off my refund. Do not buy from there.

Hello Venera, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation publicly. Your return request was promptly processed, and a return label was issued on December 20th. Unfortunately, due to holiday shipping delays beyond our control, the return took longer than expected to reach us. When we received the item, it was missing its original plastic cover and bag and had a noticeable perfume scent. As part of our process, we needed to consult with our supplier to determine whether it could be cleaned and reconditioned for resale, rather than rejecting the return outright. Since we genuinely believe in putting our clients first, we went beyond policy and worked with our supplier to find a solution that favored you, rather than simply rejecting the return and sending the item back. We initially offered both a store credit or a refund to your original payment method, and despite the condition of the item, we ultimately refunded the full amount as a courtesy due to the shipping delay. Our intention was always to resolve the situation fairly, and we regret any frustration caused during the process. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out-we’re happy to assist. With love, LOZURI
