Very disappointing support experience. Loyverse asked me to provide additional information regarding my case. I responded with all the requested details, but since then I have received no response or follow-up. When a POS system is essential to a business, customers deserve timely and professional support.

He took the time to carefully understand what was not working and why things were not proceeding as expected. He provided tremendous help by clearly explaining the reasons the features were not functioning and guided me through the solutions step by step. His explanations were detailed, practical, and very easy to understand. Most of all, his kindness, patience, and willingness to help made the whole experience much less stressful.

De repente tienes que pagar otros 5 euros por consultar el historial de ventas de más de 30 días.

Slow, not flexible, counterproductive. Don’t let this app spy on your accounting. It requires to use their servers to fully use the app, which isn’t good.
