LowcostspacoversReviews of lowcostspacovers.com

The ordering process is pretty straightforward but I almost missed an email to confirm my order. I haven't had one of those before. But anyway, the price was much better than any other that I looked at online and was a third of the price that I was quoted from local companies. It took about 3 weeks for it to arrive. The delivery company they used was awesome as well. The cover is better than I expected. Very well made. I hope it stays this nice for a long while. I was recommend this company to anyone looking for a cover.

I had a good experience with a custom spa cover took 4 weeks which was fine. Package was damaged a little but cover was not harmed. Looks really nice and fit my hot tub perfect!

Low Cost Spa covers went out of their way to assure me that I had selected the correct model and pattern for my spa cover. They spotted the discrepancy in my product description and pointed it out so the error could be corrected. It fit perfectly.

We needed a replacement spa cover for our in floor sunroom spa. We didn’t need the heavy duty cover for cold winters and didn’t need the lift hinges or securing straps. This was the only spa cover company that checked all the boxes by offering a custom option that allowed me to build it exactly how I needed. Placed the order, which was easy. Communication via email on status and shipping was great and they delivered right on time. Impressed with the quality and looks of the cover. The price point was fantastic too. Highly recommend Lowcostspacovers.com

We needed a replacement for the 9 year old cover on our hot tub which had become waterlogged and was starting to fall apart at the seams. The local places just seemed way too costly. While searching online I came across Low Cost Spa Covers. I decided to take a chance and ordered a cover to our specs, in the color we liked. The cover could not be shipped directly to our address, so we set it up for pickup at the shipping company's closest terminal. Communication from Karla was excellent through the whole process. The cover came packed very well, with plenty of styrofoam protecting it. The box was in perfect condition when inspected, and pickup at the terminal was easy. Thanks to SAIA Freight for that. The cover is beautiful, fits perfectly, and is exactly what we wanted. Kudos to the manufacturing team for a job well done on a wonderful product, and to Karla for working with us on the delivery issue. Glad I ignored so many naysayers. We couldn't be happier, and would definitely recommend Low Cost Spa Covers.

My spa cover turned out great! Customer service was excellent…always responding to any email inquiry that I had within 24 hours… I’ve just received the cover recently, but it looks really good and feel sturdy. I will Order from them again when needed.

I just wanted to get on here and say after all the bad reviews I read about service and shipping problems. That my experience was great! You all with your petty complaints and delivery problems. I didn't have none of that. Everybody makes mistakes and so do businesses. That doesn't mean you should tell people not to buy their products because of your issues. Once again from ordering to delivery everything went smooth for my purchase. Thanks Lowcostspacovers for a hassle-free low cost great spa cover. Scot Modesto CA.
