Thank you for sharing your experience. I honor that you reached out for help, seeking a coach to guide you through issues that you were facing. You are absolutely correct that the initial consultation is free of charge. On that call, myself and my team do not make an offer to assist you until we see if we are actually a fit to work together, based on what you vulnerably share on that call. Our job is to get to the heart of why you reached out, and see if we can help, while we also determine if you are ready and willing to put in the work to change your situation. Otherwise, it would be unethical to proceed. Where there is some inaccuracy / misunderstanding: 1) This is not simply a “course”. Working with myself and my dedicated team is an immersive process consisting of live coaching with multiple coaching touch-points a week, a carefully crafted curriculum based on decades of experience that I steward clients through, and the opportunity to join an elite lifelong community, with continual support and ongoing upgraded materials literally for the rest of your life. 2) With all due respect, some of what you say here is not correct based on the facts of the call in question. I do have a recording of our call (recorded with disclosure). Some of what you share here is not accurate based on the transcription and my team listening closely to that very call. I do understand that our memories as humans can be faulty sometimes. That happens. 3) The team member that you spoke to that day no longer works for Loving Without Boundaries. We do our best to offer a quality experience at every stage. This is why I do invite feedback and thank you, even though you and your partner chose not to enroll and have not actually worked with me or my expert relationship coaching services at all, nor been through this transformational program. In terms of cost: There is a cost to months, years, and decades of emotional pain that I help my clients move up and out of, in living their most authentic lives in healthy relationship structures of their choosing. Many say they couldn’t afford NOT to do this transformational work getting lifelong priceless skills. This is stated eloquently here many times by our actual clients. The people I work with know that investing in themselves, their mind (emotional/mental health), their skills (including relationship building skills), and their future is 100% worth the investment. One thing I know to be true: Some people stay stuck for years (by not taking inspired action), other people get results (by believing in themselves and taking a courageous step forward). This immersive – and even fun and beautiful process – works powerfully for those who are decisive/committed, coach-able, and resourceful. Clearly, we are not a fit to work together. That is ok and I honor your decision. I wish you the best in all of your endeavors. I’m sending you love, light, and positive energy to you and your loved ones. I do hope that you find the right professional to help you. Sincerely, Kitty Chambliss and the Loving Without Boundaries Team

Thank you for your feedback. As the owner, I take all concerns seriously, and I am conducting a review of our practices to ensure that if there are any issues here, they are rectified. I would also add for those reviewing your comments that, despite your stated experience, these are not actually “sales” calls. They are genuine evaluations of each person’s situation, and whether we are able to help them drive transformational change. We do not even extend an offer to work with more than 30% percent of people who have an initial call with myself or one of my staff. So with all due respect, Jason, saying the FREE Breakthrough Session that we offer to potential clients who are suffering and reaching out for help is a “scam” is absolutely not correct. It would be unethical and immoral for us to put our pricing on our website as we do the calls the way we do to first see if we can help, and are the caller(s) ready for that help. Only then do we potentially make an offer. Working with our transformational coaching program is invitation only. Thus we are not required to, nor is it ethical to put our prices on our website. Our policy is to get to the truth of what is really going on (taking a look “under the hood”) and what that is costing you. If you want to take action, that is your job. I can honestly say there's no "closing", there's no pressure, and there's no manipulation. Again, our job is to get to the truth and see if we can help. Your job is to decide what to do with that information. I doubt you can find any sales program on the planet that has that philosophy, because they don’t. They want to sell features and benefits, and they're only success is getting their hand in your wallet. We absolutely do not do that. We take pride in operating from 100% total integrity. If invited, within this transformational process, we dive deep into root causes that build life-changing skills, and that has saved marriages, transformed relationships, and created levels of joy and intimacy for many clients that they have never experienced before. For the very specialized world of consensual non-monogamy, polyamory and people who want multiple, committed, loving and physical relationships, we are the best in the world at what we do. Our services are not free. In terms of cost, divorce in America costs on average $80,000 plus seven years of grief! There is a HUGE cost for unhealthy relationship dynamics, whether in a traditional monogamous relationship or not (with few professionals who understand how to powerfully and effectively help with “untraditional” and often stigmatized relationship structures). Our cherished clients are absolutely delighted to invest in themselves (their best investment!), their education, their future happiness, their most cherished relationship(s), as well as their mental and emotional health. That is absolutely PRICELESS rewards in return for a fraction of what divorce or a life of dissatisfaction or repeated negative patterns costs. Our BOTTOM LINE: We help folks out of suffering with professional and highly effective services. We do it based on integrity, honesty, and from a place of love and gratitude in our hearts. And we do that all day long, and will continue to do so. It is our great honor and privilege.
