Took over 3 weeks to ship this order. The bottle I ordered was cheaped out with a lesser whiskey. Would never do business with this company again.

Very happy with the products, packaging. Would have been 5 stars, but shipping and subsequent communication was more than 2 weeks total from time of order.

They did not deliver my entire order - only partial, yet kept the payment! I tried to contact them several times over three days with No Response! Avoid this business! They are not trustworthy.

Customer service was one of the best I experienced so far. Very fast getting back to you. Receiving my package a little slow. Took two weeks to get. Guess I understand if they’re busy and backlogged. Overall will order from them again. Great place.

Communication was awesome they were easy to work with and had all the products I desired. 10/10 recommend

Terrible with your promises. So late I tried to cancel and get my money back. Lied about the whole process. Better scotch prices at better places. I will not buy from you again.
