This course is really different from couples therapy that we have done in the past. In just a few weeks it brought us much closer together and given us a different perspective on issues than months of traditional therapy did. I would recommend it to any couples or better yet for singles who want to be in healthy long term relationships. What you learn also applies to all your other relationships- parents, children, bosses, etc.

My husband & I have been struggling for almost 3 years, married 21 years. I was "one foot out the door" & feeling at the end of my rope for hanging on... we watched the free workshop & decided together it was worth a shot. We purchased the extra 6 months to have continued access w our busy lives & I'm grateful we did. It's a lot of info "on our own timeframe" to navigate, but the 1st 2 weeks of content has de-escalated our intensity & we are reconnecting in new ways & have become gentler & kinder in how we treat each other day to day. I have hope & week 5 is a "catch up week" so, we are working on getting current, but again, the extra time has the "rush/anxious feeling" taking a back seat to presence where peace is found. I was motivated to take this course as my wife and I had come close to pressing the divorce button a couple of times. It was only my wife’s forgiving nature that probably stopped it to date. I wanted to commit to improving our relationship and show her I was committed by actively taking this course. Bruce’s content is very interesting and his style is engaging. I was doing the course singly as I was worried about sharing all the output from exercises with my wife but found that I was sharing a lot of the content with her from the start. We started having constructive conversations based on the content almost immediately and understanding each other better even after 32 years of marriage! As I went through the course it struck me how the content could be applied to all relationships and improve them too. I would recommend that everyone take this or a similar course to learn how to have good relationships particularly men. Whilst the girls probably talk about relationship stuff with their friends us guys generally don’t and I never got taught how to have good relationships anywhere else. My parents certainly didn’t provide me with a good model. Have a go it can only help in my view and it’s moderately priced for value it provides.
