Anyone from Australia that wants to buy a love blanket don’t! It is all in US dollars so the price almost doubles when converted into Australian which it doesn’t do that until after you have purchased the product. I emailed them a few hours later to cancel my order but apparently it had already been shipped I then had to pay a extra $49 out of my own pocket to send it back just so I could get a refund. Which the refund was less than what I paid for the blanket originally. When I emailed them it was constantly automatic emails where they wouldn’t even answer the questions I was asking. Complete stuff around and worst customer service I’ve experienced.

It is super soft.

Shipping time was terrible. It took about 4 weeks from the time i ordered to yhe time it was delivered. But when I finally received the blanket it was everything I was hoping for.
