Ordered a Rei plush back in March and am concerned with whether or not it's ever going to come considering it's been about 9 months.. A reply from you guys would really help ease my mind

Placed a preorder in March. The preorder date has come and gone every single month and it is now November. I’ve emailed them twice (on the 4th and 19th) and still have not heard back to cancel my order and receive a refund. I also messaged them on FB. No response. They responded to me within 4 days in April when I voiced concerns but now that I want my money back, I am getting the cold shoulder. **EDITED IN RESPONSE TO REPLY—>** When I go to my account page to try and cancel it for a refund, it tells me it has failed no matter what I try. I can provide screenshots of that if needed. It’s extremely frustrating.

Excellent service from the first contact I made about my most recent order! Your customer service has improved greatly from previous orders! Keep it up!

Absolute pleasure to work with this company! I ordered an item for my niece and it arrived in a timely manor and she was thrilled! Thanks so much for making this happen!

I pre-ordered a Kuroo plushie back in DECEMBER 2020 and we it’s now November 2021. I was supposed to receive my order around February 2021. I e-mailed them and they answered the next day saying the manufacturer was delayed and so on. Similar scenario happens in March. I emailed them again two times and contacted them on both Instagram and Messenger (Facebook) since the end of September but I haven’t anything news from them. I really wanted to believe in them and I couldn’t wait for my plushie but I think I got scammed.

I placed an order in March. It’s now November and I haven’t received it. When I emailed for an ETA, I never received a response. I assume this is a Covid issue, but there’s no excuse for the lack of communication. At this point, I can’t even cancel because their site won’t allow it.

I buy a pre-order plush Black lady sailor moon and I never receive it ! I buy it in february 2021 and we are in october 2021 never got it ! Try to send message via messenger never got a respond ! I wait for nothing ! I begin to think i will never receive it ! So i am going to pay twice the price in another site ! Very sad and disappointed ! Problably because its a preorder it take a lot a time ! I seriously losing hope !

I had some issue with a pre order I made on May for a plushie, the truth is they never respond the emails, but the best way to contact them is via messenger, that’s where the 5 star review comes. After I contact them via messenger, they helped me solve my problem, they were very polite and helpful.
