Loudcup is awesome and the customer service is even better!

Cups are a great idea! But not loud!! Not worth $30

Had a little trouble with order BUT have they ever come to the party! Sooo would recommend this cup and this company! And I will!!

I appreciate that customer service handled the matter and provided great service in resolving it.

This company has possibly the best customer service ever! Alyssa was incredibly responsive and helpful with my questions. She was prompt and friendly when I made an error ordering. She fixed everything quickly and kindly. Would deal with this company any time!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Great communication, kind employees and the cups are fantastic

They really listened to me and understood the situation. It was an accident upon the first use of my cup --- I was saving it for my grandson's baseball game. Fell right out of the holder and cracked. Again .... thank you so much!

Alyssa was great to communicate with. Responded very quickly. She helped me out with my concerns. Customer service was amazing.
