Great tv service I bought because I like the preloaded device

Continues to be a good service

Had problems with quite a few channels not loadingnd yes, I reached out for support. Never heard back and now you won't allow comments. Tells me all I need to know.

Good service. A lot less buffering compared to the service I was using. Just need a lot more of the newer movies. The service i used before had a lot more newer and new releases available to watch

it’s take getting used to

Some channels your website says were available weren't. I tried some of them and got the channel is offline message. Other channels had sound but no picture or a picture but no sound. Playback of other channels frequently stopped playing, displayed a reconnecting in 5 seconds message. I know that problems happen on occasion, but shouldn't happen as frequently as they did when I had my free trial. I won't be signing up.

It was quick and easy to order the service and everything flowed smoothly. Do with that there was a tutorial but I can't have everything lol
