after 10month with Loora , and after testing few others apps like this , I see some weak points of Loora. Especially the fact tha reaction of AI tutor can be really irritating . It keeps reacting always in the same way saying :"oh it's fascinating , or it's amazing what You said "...it's not so naturall. And sometimes AI tutor say something but doesn't ask a question...

Hi Michael. Millions of learners trust Loora every day, our AI tutoring is developed alongside learning experts, and many of our students have been with us for years. We’re proud of what we’ve built. Our payment system is fully transparent, whether you purchase through the App Store, Google Play, or our website - all terms are clearly stated at checkout. If you have specific feedback, we are always available through the app’s support or at [email protected]! 🙏

Hi Dick, thank you for taking the time to share this - we genuinely appreciate the honest feedback. The good news is that a new avatar model with significantly improved lip sync is almost here - coming to iOS very soon and to Android within the next month. If you'd like to be among the first to experience it, please reach out at [email protected] and we'll add you to our testing group! 😊
Scammed. You purchase it for 3 months to later find out they put you on auto renewed subscription.

Hi. Just like all other subscription apps, our contract is an auto-renewal - this is how all subscriptions work. It is stated explicitly at checkout and you can opt out at any time. We're sorry to hear you want to quit your learning after just 3 months. English as a second language is something that should always be practiced - a few minutes a day is all it takes, and it's not a one-time thing you achieve and then forget about. That said, if you wish to cancel and need help with that, please reach out at [email protected] and we'll be happy to assist! 🙏

Hi Simona, we're truly sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations! To clarify how corrections work - Loora does correct every message, but the feedback appears as highlighted text after each response rather than spoken out loud, so the natural flow of the conversation isn't interrupted. We understand this may feel different from what you expected based on the ads. On the refund request - please reach out at [email protected] if you haven't heard back yet and we'll treat it as a priority! 🙏
This app amazed me! The interface is like a video call and the AI tutor corrects your mistakes on the spot. It's a pity that the free trial is only for two lessons, and then you have to pay to continue using it

Hi Yesica, thank you for the kind words - real-time corrections during a natural conversation is exactly what sets Loora apart! Regarding the trial, it's designed to give you a feel for the experience. To explore our subscription plans, visit loora.com/login/student - we'd love to have you on board! 💙
I bought a one-year Loora AI subscription for my 75-year-old mother, who is genuinely keen to improve her English and has tried very hard to adapt to the app. Unfortunately, it has proved largely useless for what we bought it for — actually teaching her English. The advertising gave us the impression that the AI tutor would correct her during conversation, but in reality the corrections are only shown afterwards. For someone who is still learning the basics, that is far less useful. There have also been several occasions when my mother did not understand what Loora was asking. She asked for an explanation in Russian, but the app could not help, so the conversation simply became stuck. We contacted the company about a refund around one week after purchase and explained the situation clearly. We received only an automated acknowledgement. I contacted them again several weeks later and again received no response. My mother genuinely tried to make the app work for her, but it simply has not delivered what we expected from an AI language tutor. The complete lack of customer service has made the experience even worse. For around £100 for a yearly subscription, I expected much better.

Hi Ekaterina, we are truly sorry for this experience - both for your mother and for you. We apologize for missing your emails - that should never have happened. Please reach out through the app (Settings → Support → Contact Support) or at [email protected] and we will treat your case as an absolute priority. We'll be waiting for your message so we can locate your account. On the corrections: Loora does correct every message, but the feedback is shown after each response rather than mid-sentence, so the natural rhythm of the conversation isn't interrupted. We understand that for a beginner this might feel less immediate. On the Russian support: every message in the app has a translate button, so your mother can tap it at any time to get a translation and better understand what Loora is asking. We're looking forward to hearing from you 🙏
