Customer rep Steven really went the extra mile to fix a truly nightmare Fedex issue, where Fedex insisted they had delivered an expensive package to my home when I had security footage proving Fedex was never there. So many pieces of the chain assume Fedex is reliable, so when they aren't, you face a really terrible hill to climb to get a positive resolution. I truly appreciate Steven fighting to make it right.

Phone came to me ahead of schedule very well packaged and protected in like new condition. I seriously doubt this phone was ever used. Great value!

Takes weeks to ship and then sends wrong item. DO NOT ORDER from them, ITS A SCAM. Customer Support doesn't exist and is also a scam. UPDATED REVIEW: They finally got acting and we pushed for a solution. They made it happen and rectified it with some upgrades.

I had a password issue with my account at Apple. It went on for months. Me asking Apple to lift the lock activated by a Recovery Key which my father lost. Apple decided to treat my iPhone as stolen and presided to shut it down. When Apple refused to accept Loop Mobile’s proof of ownership Loop Mobile came to my rescue and offered me a replacement phone. This turned into a refund. I really appreciate Loop Mobile’s integrity and will order from them again!
