Our dog benefited from the hip and joint supplements we gave him. We could tell they made a difference. The monthly subscription was great--less to think about! Unfortunately our dog had to be put down as his injuries progressed and surgery was not a guarantee. When we canceled our subscription, a Lolahemp representative reached out and offered their condolences. In addition, they asked the name of our dog (Moose), and sent a sympathy card a little memento in his honor. Best customer service ever!
