Hello, thank you for your feedback. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the $6 payment was a wallet top-up, and the funds have been successfully credited to your LokiProxy wallet balance. The balance has not yet been used to purchase the 40 Short-Term Residential IPs, which is why your IP Credit Balance currently shows 0 and the system prompts you to recharge. You can use your wallet balance directly to purchase the 40 IPs without making another payment. If you encounter any issues during the purchase or IP extraction process, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Hello, We highly value your feedback and take your experience very seriously. After reviewing your order, we confirmed that the 40 short-term IPs you purchased were used normally for over half a month. Short-term IPs are based on real device networks, and their online duration may vary depending on the device status. Each time an IP is generated, one quota is consumed. If the IP remains online within 24 hours, it can be reused without additional cost; however, after 24 hours, generating it again will consume a new quota. During this period, our support team has also provided you with additional IPs. Regarding the location issue you mentioned, we have verified the IPs using ipinfo.io, and the actual geolocation matches the selected region. It is important to note that different geolocation databases may have varying update frequencies, which can lead to discrepancies in displayed results. Therefore, actual performance should be evaluated based on your specific business use case. In addition, we have tested the connectivity of the related IPs and confirmed that they were accessible at the time of testing. If you are still experiencing issues with specific IPs, please provide the details, and we will promptly investigate and resolve them for you. We understand your dissatisfaction and hope to continue supporting you while improving your overall experience. Please feel free to contact our support team at any time—we are always here to help. Hello, Based on your feedback, it seems that you were using our dynamic residential proxies. If you have already contacted our support team, they have likely provided some troubleshooting suggestions as well. Regarding the location mismatch issue, this can sometimes happen when targeting a very specific city with limited available IP resources. In such cases, the system may automatically assign nearby or alternative locations. We recommend trying country-level or state-level targeting instead, or selecting another city with a larger available IP pool. As residential proxies rely on real user network devices, IP availability may vary depending on location and real-time network conditions. Popular regions and major cities usually have better resource availability and stability. As for the German IP issue, please feel free to contact our support team with the specific proxy information, and we will further investigate and assist you. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
